If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help! Same-day appointments available — even for first-time customers! We accept cash, card, and digital payments. Exact cash is appreciated, as we usually don’t have change. Clients have a 15-minute grace period before their appointment is canceled. Before Waxing:     1.    Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the area a day before to remove dead skin cells.     2.  Hair Length: Ensure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long for effective waxing. Don’t worry if it’s too long — we can take care of that!     3.    Avoid Sun Exposure: Stay out of the sun to prevent skin irritation.     4.    No Lotions or Oils: Avoid applying lotions, oils, or deodorants on the day of waxing. After Waxing:     1.    Soothe the Skin: Apply a gentle, hydrating lotion or aloe vera gel.     2.    Avoid Heat: Stay away from hot showers, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours.     3.    Avoid Sun Exposure: Protect the area from direct sunlight and apply sunscreen if needed.     4.    Avoid Tight Clothing: Wear loose clothing to prevent irritation. 5. Daily Care: The next day, begin applying Pretty Kitty Oil daily after showering for the best results. Avoid using scrubs for 48 hours. Cancellation Policy – Waxed by Charm A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your service total. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the loss of your deposit. Clients who no-show or repeatedly cancel last minute may be required to pay up to 50% of the service total before booking a future appointment. To book another appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit will be required. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
